Church camp 2007 was.. tiring. There werent any youth programmes seeing there were only a pathetic bunch of us who came- 11 youths in total. So, we had to join the adults. which, is not not not a good thing at all. we had to sit through hour-long sermons with them. Pastor Timothy Ng could talk from 8pm all the way till 12am in the morning. Anyway, i was either asleep or playing during most of his sermons. i really couldnt take it. and theres like 2 or 3 sermons in a day? the only memorable thing about this camp was the bowling, the few fun moments the youths were together and the shopping! the minute us girls received the camp booklet, shopping was one of the first things we looked out for. we were aghast that shopping was only an hour though. but but, lunch was before shopping. so we were like, oh good! lets skip lunch. hah. so, total 2 hours of shopping. BUT, this was still not enough. we ran from shop to shop cause we rushing against time. thats what you get for shopping with girls. :)
campus crusade, passion camp. :) it was great. The evangelistic trainings were very useful. im glad i went. This camp had me reflecting on my walk with God and so on. It really got me thinking. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
At the cross I bow my knee
Where Your blood was shed for me
There's no greater love than this.
You have overcome the grave
Your glory fills the highest place
What can separate me now?
